The JSS Architectural Difference

My name is Joe Smerko and I have worked in residential and commercial architectural design for 40+ years. My mission is to provide quality and affordable architectural design in a timely manner so people can have their dream spaces come to reality.

Architecture is and will always be my passion. I am a Licensed Architect, LEED-certified professional, as well as a licensed realtor.

My favorite part about architecture is the relationships. I love working with clients, architectural colleagues, and most of all, seeing the reactions of my customers when their dream space comes to life.
